Do you work with clients in-person or is it all virtual?
Of course! I offer flexible payment plans through Klarna, AfterPay, and Affirm. My goal is to make functional lab testing as accessible as possible because everyone deserves real answers.
Do you offer payment plans?
Most functional lab testing isn’t covered by traditional health insurance (even when ordered by a naturopathic doctor), but I do accept FSA/HSA if that’s an option for you. I also offer flexible payment plans if that's helpful as well!

Bloodwork: typically 3–7 days GI-MAP: 10–14 days DUTCH Test: 10–14 days
How long does it take to get lab results back?
The 6-month program gives you ongoing support, multiple protocols, and follow-up calls to guide you through your entire healing process. One-time testing is a single deep-dive into your labs with one personalized protocol, but no continued support afterward.
Support is offered (and highly encouraged) after one-time testing, but is purchased separately/not included in your initial investment.
What's the difference between the program and one time testing?
Functional lab testing is different in both the markers we run and the ranges we use. Functional lab ranges are more narrow and designed to flag early dysfunction and subtle imbalances before they progress into diagnosable disease.
We also run a broader amount of markers in bloodwork, along with the GI-MAP for gut testing and the DUTCH test for hormone testing, which are two functional lab tests that are not available through most conventional doctors or standard insurance-covered lab panels.
What makes functional lab testing different from what my doctor can order?
What if I’ve already done labs with another provider? Can you still review them?
For every year you've felt unwell, you can generally expect about 1-2 months to restore balance, with noticeable progress typically taking a minimum of 4-6 months. This timeline can vary depending on the complexity of your health issues, how well you adhere to your protocols, and your body's individual response to change.
It’s important to remember that healing doesn't happen overnight and may require adjustments to your plan along the way. Regular follow-up sessions will help us monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to support your journey towards optimal health.
How long does it take to start seeing progress?
Following each session, you will receive a personalized protocol designed to address your unique needs. This protocol will include specific recommendations for supplements, nutrition, and lifestyle adjustments based on our discussions and the data from your functional lab testing.
What will my protocol include?
Supplements are included in every client protocol and typically range from $200–$400 every 8–10 weeks. If you’re working with a smaller budget, I can happily tailor your protocol to stay within a comfortable price range.
How much money should I expect to spend on supplements?
You can message me anytime through the Practice Better portal! I also share my personal phone number with all active clients so you always have a direct line of communication when you need support.
